This page covers every TSO Network website (tso.gg and its subdomains: rules, wiki, vault, leaderboards, bans, dashboard) and the accounts used on our game servers.
What we store about you
- Account details: your username, your email address (to verify your account and recover access), and your password, which is stored hashed, never in plain text.
- Linked accounts: if you link Steam, Discord or Twitch to your TSO account, we store the account ID and username of each one you link.
- Game data: stats, levels, in-game economy and rank tied to your account.
- Security data: IP addresses tied to failed login attempts and to repeated invalid requests are recorded, to limit repeated login attempts and block abuse.
Cookies and similar storage
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that ever changes we will update this page and ask you first.

What is public
Some game data is public by design: the leaderboards and the bans list show player names and related game information. Your email address and password are never shown on those pages.
Third parties
- Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.
- Steam, Discord and Twitch: if you link any of these accounts, that service's own privacy policy applies to what it holds.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the data tied to your account, or ask any question about this page, by contacting us onDiscord. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time; you will simply be logged out and see the cookie notice again.
Changes
We will update the date at the top of this page whenever it changes.
